About the role: 

Rental Account Executives will be required to offer a wide variety of solutions to new customers and grow existing partner relationships within an assigned territory. They are responsible for delivering excellent customer service and representing the Tour Tech East (2015) Limited brand to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling and upselling Tour Tech East (2015) Limited products and services. 
  • Penetrating existing accounts and selling warm leads.  
  • Tracking every aspect of the sales cycle through Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Assisting in growing new business and developing strong customer relationships within an assigned territory or area to provide in-depth customer solutions. 
  • Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and make correct decisions. 
  • Designing and delivering presentations highlighting the products and services of the client.
  • Negotiating contract terms with clients and successfully closing sales.
  • Working towards exceeding predetermined quotas set by the supervisor.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the rental market.
  • Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in negotiating rental agreements.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Background in business development and sales.
  • Experience and knowledge in entertainment/event planning is an asset.
  • Technical knowledge of equipment is an asset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
