Job Summary
As a key member of the sales and marketing team, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the company’s growth and enhancing the customer experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Experience, this individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting initiatives that bring new developments to life and ensure smooth sales operations from first touchpoint to closing.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Event Support
- Provide administrative support across sales functions, including contract processing, lead tracking, and internal reporting.
- Ensure sales teams are equipped with current promotional materials and serve as a liaison for agent inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating events such as launches, grand openings, and customer appreciation initiatives.
Marketing & Advertising
- Support the execution of marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, website updates, and social media content.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and vendors to produce promotional materials and maintain consistent branding.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
Administration & Communication
- Foster relationships with real estate partners and support internal communications related to marketing and sales.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you have 2–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing coordination role, with a diploma in marketing, business, or communications. Your tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms being a definite asset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly organized, and have a sharp eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills come naturally to you, and you take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but more importantly, you’re eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within a dynamic team.
