TrueFoam is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and support strategic business development initiatives while leading a team of sales representatives. Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry associations to keep them informed of industry trends and identify partnership opportunities. A skilled coach and mentor, the Sales Manager works with the sales to team to set goals and objectives, while supporting performance. With a process improvement mindset, the Sales Manager develops sales plans, processes and policies to provide superior customer service.
As the ideal candidate, you have a strong business development background, along with excellent leadership experience with a passion for leading people. A skilled communicator, you have superb interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of fostering strong internal and external relationships. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
