Venor has teamed up with Foundation Marketing in their search for a Senior Account Manager. Foundation is a digital content marketing agency with a focus on planning, creating, and distributing content for B2B brands. They work with software companies that are redefining business in their industry along with ambitious B2B brands growing faster than ever. Their team operates 100% remotely and they are obsessed with growth. They’re currently looking for a Senior Account Manager who is looking to learn about content, SaaS, marketing, and growth. As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make conversion funnels and set goals that take clients’ brands to the next level.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working with B2B SaaS marketing teams on the development and delivery of their content marketing strategy.
  • Championing the client relationship as the main point of contact for the brand, ensuring customer success & satisfaction. 
  • Identifying opportunities for growth expansion & extension opportunities with our client relationships and scope of work. 
  • Managing multiple projects across various accounts, and owning all project information and timelines including timelines, budgeting & project responsibilities. 
  • Reporting up to Senior leadership on status of accounts, including deliverables, budget & project responsibilities. 
  • Working collaboratively with the strategy team to ensure the deliverables are achieving the targeted KPI’s for the account and identifying areas for improvement to shift and pivot to drive success. 
  • Working closely with internal teams to coordinate and execute content campaigns, distribution efforts & email campaigns, SEO audits, digital PR, paid advertising campaigns, and content creation.

As the Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for presenting to executives on delivery efforts (marketing goals, strategies, and budgets) alongside a team of experts and guiding skilled internal teams in achieving the desired results. You will be working with C Suite marketers in B2B Saas industry, to understand the ongoing needs of the business and identify opportunities to continue to. Facilitating internal resources to execute against the deliverable timeline (writers, project managers, paid and SEO strategists, digital PR teams, and reporting) will also be a frequent task. You are someone who is able to work collaboratively, as you’ll be working closely with B2B SaaS leaders to identify their challenges and opportunities. The Senior Account Manager will be managing the project responsibilities for accounts by providing assignments and prioritization guidance to the team you work with, along with contributing to the deliverables of clients’ brands.

As the successful candidate you have 2 years of B2B SaaS start-up experience, 2 years marketing generalist experience and 5 years experience with account management, including project management and/or project trafficking to coordinate. You are eager to learn and can work under pressure while adapting to changing priorities, while staying curious and demonstrating high energy. You pride yourself on your strong communication and persuading skills and consider yourself to be customer service oriented, all while being tech savvy. You are interested in marketing & B2B as a whole and the role the internet has on culture, and remote marketing agency experience would be considered an asset. You have the ability to excel at natural async communication skills when working with team members in different timezones, all of whom work remotely. You have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships.
