Reporting to the President/Digital Team Lead, the Senior Digital Strategist will use their knowledge and expertise of the digital ecosystem to develop strategic digital solutions to address client’s business challenges and goals. The Senior Digital Strategist will work very closely with the client service team to provide an integrated and holistic approach to client’s campaign goals and objectives. 

The Senior Digital Strategist will also be accountable for the development and presentation of meaningful campaign reports for their clients. Applying their knowledge and expertise of the digital ecosystem to develop campaign reports that are insight driven, actionable and provide an interesting narrative to clients about their business. The Senior Strategist must be able to analyze complex data sets from various sources, and develop one comprehensive story about campaign performance and results. 

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns and projects from conceptual phase to execution including delivery of creative material 
  • Ability to establish conversion points, measurements of success, and campaign KPIs
  • Continually monitor campaign performance to make actionable recommendations throughout the campaign
  • Prepare POV’s for internal and external use
  • Actively contribute to brainstorm and idea generation sessions
  • Maintain industry certifications

As the ideal candidate, you are someone who has been working in digital media for 5 years and brings experience in analytics, display, programmatic, social and search. While not necessary, an understanding of offline channels would be an asset given the company’s 360 degree approach to media strategy.  You are someone who has strong written, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills, along with exceptional attention to detail. You are comfortable in all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), and are proficient in Microsoft Excel applications. As the Senior Digital Strategist you are able to mentor junior team members as needed, and stay calm under pressure.  Being Google Analytics and AdWords certified is considered an asset, as is experience with Comscore and Data Studio.
