The Senior Event Services Executive plays a key role in managing the full client journey, from initial inquiry through onsite event execution. Working closely with clients and internal teams, this role combines consultative sales, event design insight, and operational coordination to ensure successful project delivery while strengthening long-term client relationships and supporting continued business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will lead client relationships and event execution from concept to completion, balancing sales growth, thoughtful event design, and operational coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business through networking, relationship development, and strategic outreach.
- Develop long-term partnerships with venues, planners, caterers, corporate clients, and private hosts.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client vision, event objectives, and budget considerations.
- Recommend rental, tenting, and décor solutions that align with client goals and event design.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals while managing revisions and client communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance events through thoughtful upselling and creative layout solutions.
- Maintain organized CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Interpret floor plans and collaborate with clients and operations teams to visualize finished event spaces.
- Serve as the primary client contact during installation and event execution.
- Lead small onsite teams while managing installation timelines and ensuring smooth event delivery.
- Support event setup when required, including tables, linens, décor placement, and adjustments.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining a solutions-focused and professional approach.
What We Are Looking For
As the ideal candidate, you bring a strong combination of sales acumen, event execution experience, and relationship-building ability. You thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership, accountability, and attention to detail are essential to delivering exceptional client experiences. You bring 5+ years of experience in event services, rentals, hospitality, venue coordination, or event sales.
Strong consultative selling skills and commercial awareness are key, along with the ability to interpret floor plans and contribute to event layout and design decisions. You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
You are comfortable working onsite during installations and event delivery, including supporting physical setup activities when required. You remain professional under pressure, bring strong problem-solving abilities, and approach your work with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is expected.
