What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the ownership group, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of projects in a safe environment, while championing the company’s safety policies and procedures. The Senior Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects while maintaining positive relationships with clients, design consulting teams, and subcontractors. The Senior Project Manager will have strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to motivate team members to deliver a quality project to our clients on schedule and on budget.
What We’re Looking For:
As the successful candidate, you have 10+ years of experience working as a Project Manager for a General Contractor or Subcontractor in ICI and multi-tenant residential sectors combined with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or technology diploma in civil engineering/construction management or equivalent experience. You have experience successfully managing projects of $25Million+ and a firm understanding of construction methods to deliver high quality projects on time and on budget. You have strong communication skills and can manage assigned projects from the time of contract award to completion then successfully complete the handover to our valued clients.
