Venor is excited to partner with Phoenix Petroleum Ltd. in their search for a Vice President, Ontario &
Western Canada is based in London, Ontario. Expanding from a Maritime company to a national and,
increasingly, international enterprise, Phoenix Petroleum Ltd. has prided themselves on building

Petroleum Ltd. is proud to design, build, and manage tank farms, aviation fueling sites, storage and
fuel transfer sites, and service stations.
What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Vice President, you will report to the CEO and CFO to meet business needs for your region
and collaborate with other executives, and regional leaders to ensure business success. As a successful
candidate, you can independently motivate and oversee the regional leaders to ensure that industrial
construction solutions are delivered to our clients and maintain client satisfaction. You will ensure that
the business is successfully managed in all areas and improve processes, maximize profit, and
ensure employee retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for reporting financial management, human resources, customer satisfaction,
safety, and execution of company process/procedures to the CEO and escalate any
issues or incidents
· Manage company processes and procedures to ensure teams are adequately resourced
for the work being performed at the branch
· Enhance the business operations by managing and providing subject matter expertise to
regional leaders about business opportunities and ensure accurate project reporting
· Ensure company safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
for all regional operations are being followed and reported accurately
· Responsible for human resources activities including, recruitment, employee
engagement/retention, issue escalation, and termination
· Maintain and enhance existing client relationships in order to promote business and
ensure all client solutions are of the highest possible quality
· Act as a point of escalation for the planning, organizing, safety reporting, and directing
activities concerned with the industrial construction and maintenance of structures,
facilities, and systems
· Ensure pre-bid activities are aligned with client and company requirements prior to
approving contracts and negotiating contractual agreements

What We’re Looking For:
As a successful candidate, you have a strong safety mindset and have experience working in
environments where safety is the top priority. You have experience managing business operations,
business development, financial management, human resources, customer satisfaction, safety, and
company processes/procedures.
As the ideal candidate, you have 5+ years of experience managing teams and large projects to drive
business results in the construction, industrial, civil, and/or the petroleum industries. You have a
bachelor’s degree or diploma in either Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. You
have superior communication skills and are passionate about enhancing client relationships.
