Venor recruits engineering and technical talent into Atlantic Canada’s ocean technology sector, a regional cluster spanning subsea robotics, marine instrumentation, ocean data, and applied research. We work with growth-stage companies, established firms, and research-linked organizations across the region.
Halifax is home to COVE (the Centre for Ocean Ventures and Entrepreneurship), the Bedford Institute of Oceanography, and a deep bench of subsea, marine instrumentation, and ocean-data companies. The region’s coastline, research base, and federal ocean-science investment continue to draw engineering and technical talent into the sector. We recruit across hardware, software, and applied research.
We have been building relationships across Atlantic Canada since 2012, in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador. We close over 92% of the searches we take on. Nine out of ten clients come back to us.
