Generally speaking, professional search covers individual contributors through to senior manager and director-level roles. For VP-level and above, or searches requiring a higher degree of confidentiality or board involvement, our executive search practice is the right fit.

How long does a typical professional search take?

Most searches result in a qualified shortlist within two to four weeks. Total time to hire depends on your internal process, but we work to keep things moving and will flag early if anything is likely to affect the timeline.

Do you work on retained or contingency searches?

Our professional search work is primarily conducted on a retained basis. This model allows us to dedicate the right level of time, resources, and focus to every search we take on.
