Craig Coady has over twenty five years of experience in both executive and technical recruitment, and has built his reputation as a trusted talent partner. Craig graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources in 1998 and immediately moved to Toronto where he joined a national staffing agency. After returning home to develop relationships with technology employers in St. John’s, Craig moved to Halifax in 2001 to cement himself in the local market. 

After joining a national search firm in 2003 and helping to build their Halifax office, Craig was asked to transfer to Calgary where the booming Oil & Gas market was a great place for his dynamic style. Finally, in 2008, he moved to Ottawa to be with his now-wife, and spent a year promoting IT consultants to the federal government. In late 2009, Craig and his wife moved back to Halifax where Craig joined an executive search firm and helped to grow their contingency recruitment practice. 

Craig has a great deal of experience working with hiring managers to help pinpoint their staffing needs and insure that they find superior talent in addition to directing candidates to maximize their full potential. He enjoys bringing relationships and perspectives to help Atlantic Canadian companies grow.
