Ereka recently relocated to Halifax from Alberta and is excited to continue growing her career on the East Coast. With a background in crisis intervention and social work, along with a diploma in clinical aesthetics, she brings a people-first mindset and strong communication skills to recruitment.

She began her career in internal talent acquisition, supporting high-volume hiring across telecommunications, healthcare, skilled trades, renewable energy, and operational roles. Ereka has supported full-cycle recruitment Canada-wide and partners with leadership teams to build effective hiring processes, focusing on connecting people with opportunities where they can grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Ereka enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors with her husky, Jasper. Committed to continuous learning, she has completed The Power of Habit and Crucial Influence certifications through Crucial Learning and often spends her free time investing in personal development.
