James wakes up each morning driven to help, guide and encourage others to reach their potential. He thrives in complex environments and is motivated to deliver an exceptional service experience.  After years of working in hospitality, coaching and as an entrepreneur, James completed his Advanced Human Resource Diploma and entered the world of recruitment. He found his passion matching motivated candidates with progressive organizations.

As a part of his devotion to lifelong learning, James recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Saint Mary’s University. 

Gaining a foundation of recruitment experience in the Greater Toronto Area, James has returned to Nova Scotia to start a family and utilize his recruitment skill sets and passion for people across the recruitment market here in Atlantic Canada.

James is an avid storyteller and a proud new father. He is most alive when he is in or on the water, whether it be sailing, surfing, skimboarding or swimming.
