Jessica, an HR and recruitment professional with over six years of experience, adeptly combines project management, planning, and organizational skills to establish ideal matches between clients and candidates. Her extensive experience spans diverse roles, from recruiting work-term students to executive leaders, showcasing her versatility and success in navigating the recruitment landscape for various industries in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Before transitioning into the recruitment agency landscape, she was a Staffing Specialist and Human Resources Consultant at Eastern Health. She was responsible for awarding over 130 internal seniority-based positions and recruiting approximately 130 candidates to the regional health authority at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Before joining Eastern Health, Jessica was the Human Resources and Facilities Coordinator at Provident10. 

Upon graduating from business school, Jessica was the Human Resources Coordinator at Nalcor Energy, Power Supply Division. She was responsible for hiring unionized and non-unionized roles for the Muskrat Falls and Soldiers Pond construction sites.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-operative, Honors) degree with a concentration in Human Resources & Labour Relations and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a minor in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She earned her Registered Professional Recruiter designation in 2020 from the IPM Institute of Professional Management and is a member of the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada.
