She began her human resources career working in-house across healthcare, education, and energy sectors before moving into recruitment firms and consulting. This diverse experience has given her a strong foundation in agency-based recruitment, executive search, and talent acquisition, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to every search.

Jessica takes a consultative approach to recruitment, listening carefully to both clients and candidates to ensure the right fit for long-term success.

Born and raised in St. John’s, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources & Labour Relations, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Psychology minor, and a Criminology Certificate from Memorial University. She is a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and a CPHR NL Candidate.
