Natalie was born and raised across the pond, having grown up between the vibrant cities of London and Nottingham. She worked as a performer in Europe before her journey led her into a different spotlight, transitioning into the recruitment industry in England. With over a decade of recruitment experience with both contract and permanent placements, Natalie brings an understanding of the true value of a great employee and the positive impact they bring to an organization.

Her natural ability to build relationships has led to her success in collaborating with clients, and matching candidates with environments they can thrive in. In addition to her Performing Arts degree,  Natalie proudly holds a Pro Sci Change Management making her a Certified Change Practitioner.
