With over fifteen years of professional and executive search experience, Shardeigh brings professionalism, expertise, and relentless determination to deliver exceptional results.
Since joining Venor in 2012, her focus has been executive search in both the private, public and NGO sectors. Shardeigh is motivated by supporting leaders and organizations to unpack their challenges to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that maximize their potential.
Prior to Venor, Shardeigh worked for a global search firm and a national telecommunications company where she was developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Originally from Cape Breton, Shardeigh attended St. Francis Xavier University and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nova Scotia Community College.
Shardeigh is a strong believer in building healthy families and communities. Her in spare time, she serves as a Board member with Family Services of Eastern Nova Scotia, a not-for-profit that works actively with funding and community partners to develop services and programs that meet the needs of Children, Youth, Individuals, Couples and Families throughout Nova Scotia.
Outside of work, Shardeigh can be found with her husband chasing after their two boys.
