Born and raised on the west coast of Mexico, Vanessa made the move to Toronto in 2016 in pursuit of new opportunities. She graduated from George Brown College with a diploma in Fashion Business Management, but soon found her calling in recruitment. Since then, she’s built a dynamic career across sectors—starting in the non-profit world and later working in both public and private organizations. Her experience includes recruiting for HR, IT & Software, and, most recently, engineering and architecture roles.

Vanessa is now based in Halifax and excited to be part of the East Coast community. When she’s not connecting with top talent, you’ll find her exploring local trails with her dog Kimchi, hunting for vintage gems at thrift stores, or getting into the swing of things with casual weekend tennis sessions.
