Ryan is a Senior Consultant with Venor’s Newfoundland & Labrador team. Based in St. John’s, Ryan partners with organizations across the province to identify and attract exceptional talent across a wide range of industries and functions. His work spans executive search, professional recruitment, talent strategy, leadership assessment, and workforce planning, helping clients build high-performing teams that support their long-term business objectives. 

Ryan is known for his consultative and relationship-driven approach, working closely with both clients and candidates to understand their unique goals, challenges, and opportunities. By combining market insight with a deep understanding of organizational needs, he delivers recruitment solutions that create lasting impact for businesses and careers alike. 

Prior to joining Venor, Ryan built his recruitment career in Toronto with an international search firm. He later joined a boutique executive search firm, leading client engagement initiatives and supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies with senior leadership searches across the United States.
