From orchestrating people and processes to navigating competing priorities, you’ll excel in a fast-paced environment where innovation thrives.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and/or equivalent experience, along with 10+ years of experience leading a product design team (preferably in the medical device industry). Additionally, strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment is essential.
