After graduating from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Public Relations in 2019, Steph’s love of meeting new people, building long-lasting relationships, and helping others succeed has led to a transition to human resources. With Venor, she’s placed dozen of candidates and contributes to a thriving labour market through participation with a number of local companies and not-for-profits including the Halifax Partnership Connector Program, ISANS Professional Mentorship Program, EduNova Study and Stay, and Halifax. Whether through conversations with a new graduate or with someone starting to look for their next big move, Steph is motivated by finding the opportunity that allows people to do more of what they love.
